Fresh and genuine, its color is clear, and it has a fine perlage. It smells of flowers and spring meadows, and leaves a delicate and persistent taste.

Sidro Baladin is great as an aperitif. Thanks to its intense taste, it is ideal for informal meetings, or even for a date. The chef recommends flavorsome cheese to go with it.
