BRUNE

This is how we make... Stout

A nice dark brown, almost black ale, with a fine and creamy head. It releases strong scents of coffee and chocolate. The taste confirms the roasted notes of coffee and cocoa beans, but it also presents evanescent and imperceptible notes of cooked fruit.

Ingredients

Water, barley malt, hops, yeast.

BRUNE
history

Created in 1997, it is one of the first beers produced at the then small brewpub in Piozzo. Brune takes inspiration from Irish stouts and shows some of their characteristics, while keeping an absolutely unique character.

Bold and aromatic, roasted yet fruity, it has always been appreciated by the fans of English style beers. It is only available on tap and has never been bottled.
