In 2024, Teo receives a call from the team of one of the most iconic breweries in history: Budweiser Budvar. The proposal is to produce a Czech-style lager at the brewery in Piozzo, with the aim of helping to promote Czech brewing culture and knowledge.

A challenge immediately accepted, but on one condition: to use raw materials produced in Italy.

From the brewery that is a symbol of the Czech Republic, the answer is positive, and thus begins this extraordinary collaboration that leads to the creation of ALLA CECA, a name chosen to emphasize that the production technique follows the Czech brewing style.

On the occasion of Baladin’s 30th anniversary, Teo Musso considers Alla Ceca an important milestone in the brewery’s journey. “I would never have imagined producing a lager,” Teo admits. “I am proud of this collaboration and grateful to Budvar for the trust they have placed in us, sharing their experience built over more than 130 years.”

Coinciding with the beer’s launch, a new handled glass is introduced: the TeKu® MUG. A glass with an original design, created by Teo specifically to serve this beer style.

At Budvar, masters of the art of pouring, were entrusted with validating the internal geometry of the mug, ensuring it meets service standards and enhances the characteristics of a Czech-style lager.
