Baladin Jesolo La Guinguette boasts 22 taps (including two pumps). They serve Baladin beers and more: in keeping with the spirit of sharing that sets us apart, five taps will be reserved for guests from the world of Italian craft brewing, with a particular focus on the Veneto region.
The kitchen serves high quality burgers made with La Granda beef (Slow Food Presidium of the Piedmontese cattle breed), as well as the legendary fatate, freshly made potato chips flavored with unique aromas (from the salt of Cyprus, to lime and pepper, passing through the sweet paprika).
Our offer is suitable for everyone: vegetarians and vegans can enjoy our chef’s tasty suggestions, including vegetarian Tacos and Burrito.
Baladin lands in the Venice lagoon on April 25th, 2015, with an all-French and, at the same time, truly Baladin style.
Teo and his friend and artist Marina Obradovic have created a new Baladin place taking inspiration from the French word guinguette - the joints around Paris where you can have an informal meal, listen to music and dance.
The idea is to create a place where people can be together, listen to music, chat and spend some great time in front of a good beer.
The place is colorful and full of images that make reference to the circus arts and pop culture.
