New vintages of the XYAUYÙ range

The new vintages of the Xyauyù range, from the Teo Musso Reserve, are now available.

This is the most anticipated time of year for Baladin barley wine enthusiasts.

These are limited editions of a unique craft beer that involves a long period of fermentation in steel containers and then in drained oak barrels. This method promotes a controlled macro-oxidation process that results in very distinctive and fascinating flavor profiles.

The Baladin barley wines are sofa beers: they should be savored slowly, unhurriedly. The bottles can be stored (even out of the refrigerator) for several months thanks to the controlled oxidation process that ensures that their aromas and flavors are preserved for a long time. Don't be surprised if you don’t see any head or carbonation: this is the natural consequence of this delicate aging method.
