Open Baladin Torino Aeroporto

Open Baladin Torino Airport, located beyond the security checks, welcomes both departing and arriving passengers thanks to the new layout of the food court in the airport boarding area.

It offers a wide gastronomic selection inspired by the menus of the Open group venues.

The highlights are Hamburgers & Co., made with 100% Piedmontese meat as well as vegetarian options, alongside the Focacceria, which uses focaccia produced in prison as part of the social project Panatè.

The offer is completed by salads, Brasserie-style dishes—such as the chicken flavoured with Isaac beer spices—and the Maritozzo, available in different variations. To end on a sweet note, the Galuperie selection features the unmissable Birramisù, prepared with Super beer.

Five taps are dedicated to Baladin craft beers, while the full range of beers, soft drinks, and spirits is available in bottles.

An area dedicated to the sale of Baladin products is also available, for those who wish to take home or on their journey a 100% Italian and Piedmontese “souvenir”.

The coffee service is available throughout the day, starting from breakfast.

The History

Already present at Turin Airport since 2017, the venue has been completely renovated to offer a welcoming and versatile environment, designed both for travelers with limited time and for those who wish to enjoy a longer break.

This is not just a simple restyling, but a complete rethinking of the space, expanded and redesigned with a functional layout and renewed communication.

The design recalls iconic symbols of the Baladin brewery: the ceiling evokes the circus tent—and its stars—of the first pub in Piozzo, while the decorative elements reference the “Eye of the Sacred Drinker,” an ethereal figure, a traveler through time and space, who accompanies the story of the project conceived by Teo Musso.

The result is an elegant and evocative style, with warm colours and materials that give a vintage touch, fully in the Baladin spirit, and able to accommodate up to 80 seats.
