Nöel Gentile, the Christmas Beer by Baladin. With roasted Tonda Gentile hazelnuts, whose aromas complement notes of cocoa and roasted grains.

NÖEL GENTILE

This is how we make... Winter Seasonal Beer

A dark brown beer, reminiscent of a monk’s tunic, it has a thick and persistent head.

The scents of roasted hazelnut are complemented by notes of roasted cereals and nuts.

The taste is fulfilling and smooth and, once again, is full of aromas of roasted cereals, cocoa and Italian roasted hazelnuts from the Langhe region.

A delicious treat to round off your meal on cold Christmas evenings.

NÖEL GENTILE
history

Nöel Gentile was inspired by the love for Piedmont, and particularly for the precious hazelnuts produced in the Langhe area. The Nocciola Tonda Gentile hazelnut is the queen of this recipe. The fibrous part of the fruit and the skin covering the hazelnut - lightly roasted - are used for spicing.  The right ingredients have been chosen in cooperation with Consorzio per la Valorizzazione e per la Tutela della Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P. - the Consortium for the Valorisation and Protection of PGI Hazelnuts from Piedmont.
