Fruity flavors of apricot and peach perfectly blend with delicate citrusy, lactic notes

ISAAC SOUR 2015

This is how we make... MIXED FERMENTATION SOUR BEER

Light golden yellow in color, opalescent with a medium-grained persistent head. It immediately releases pleasant scents of peach and apricot and subtle notes of spices.

When sipped, the mouth is filled with light, yet persistent fruity flavors of apricot and peach, which perfectly blend with the delicate citrusy and lactic notes of this sour.

The subtle and lively carbonation makes for a surprisingly drinkable beer: perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
