BALADIN ITALIAN ALLEY

This is how we make... Blonde Ale

With its hay-yellow, bright color, this beer has a fine, white, rather persistent head. Its perfectly balanced scents, which combine herbaceous, slightly flowery notes, and citrusy aromas (with a very subtle hint of bread crust) invite you to drink it immediately. The taste is just as light - thanks also to the low alcohol content. The gentle tones of hops and the even more subtle touches of cereals are complemented by citrusy and flowery notes. A drinkable, clean and fresh beer with a light body, perfect for long and satisfying sips.

Ingredients

Water, barley malt, hops, mix of citrus zest in variable proportions, yeast.

BALADIN ITALIAN ALLEY
history

Baladin Italian Alley has been developed to celebrate the opening of the new dining project which goes by the same name in Camden Market, the famous London market. Five food stalls in a quaint alley serve typical Italian dishes in their street food versions.

Five restored railway arches host BRACE (BBQ food); FOCACCERIA NAZIONALE (Roman-style pizza); CIAMBOTTA (filled bread bowls); POLPETTA (meat, fish, vegetable balls); SEMOLA (pasta). All five spots serve Baladin Italian Alley on tap. Free tables are available on the street to sit down and enjoy your meal and beer.
