Nestled in the landscape of the Langhe hills, the Baladin Open Garden, inaugurated in 2016 in Piozzo, expresses its essence in one sentence: “Because Beer is Earth… and sharing!” A large space dedicated to meeting and discovery, where nature, agriculture, craft beer, good food, sounds, and colors blend into a single experience. A welcoming and open place, designed for gathering with family or friends and enjoying moments of serenity, conviviality, and genuine connection.
Two Seasons, Two Experiences
Baladin Open Garden evolves with the seasons, offering two different experiences that always remain true to our spirit of sharing, conviviality, and connection with nature.
SUMMER SEASON
From late May to early October, the park is enjoyed in complete freedom: a relaxed, informal atmosphere open to everyone. Events, concerts, and activities for children animate every day, while our convivial kitchen — with no table service — makes everything simple and spontaneous. No reservation is required: just come and enjoy the moment.
WINTER SEASON
From October to May, we welcome you into our historic farmhouse, a warm setting with timeless charm. Here, table service is available and you can choose between the pub menu and our chef’s culinary offerings. Reservations are recommended to fully enjoy the experience.

Celebrate your love in a unique place where every detail tells a story. The venue can host both the legal ceremony and the reception.
Indoor spaces can accommodate up to 80 seated guests, while the spacious and versatile outdoor gardens can host a larger number of invitees. Our gastronomic proposal is based on high-quality cuisine, with customizable menus made from fresh ingredients and naturally paired with Baladin beers and other products from our venue. Music and the event’s soundtrack can also be arranged with the support of our team.
