Baladin Open Garden is where the Baladin farm brewery welcomes and entertains its guests. Teo Musso has created a place for sharing, open to everyone and all year long, where visitors can discover the connection between the earth and his live beers.
To meet all your needs, the historical Coda Piedmontese farm - built at the end of the 17th century and renovated preserving its original charm - offers two choices. The Birreria pub and the Bistrot, an evolution of the classic beer restaurant that was once hosted at Casa Baladin.
BISTROT, in the large room on the first floor, offers the creations of Christian Meloni Delrio, former chef at Casa Baladin. Gourmet à la carte dishes or tasting menus paired, of course, with Baladin beers.
To enrich the offer, Teo has selected some special reserves from his Cantina Baladin, including some vintages that are nowhere else to find.

Reservation required visits
Guests can spend the night at the park (with breakfast included) in one of the Baladin StarsBox Agronests, 5 structures immersed in the vegetation, half wooden hut (they have the same shape) and half tent (same size).
