Baladin has been at Salone del Gusto – organized by Slow Food – since its first edition. Many of our live beers were introduced to the public during the event and it is here that the idea of the Slow Food Presidium cola was conceived.
This year’s edition will see the debut of the "2014 hops harvest” NAZIONALE which will be served on tap along with Cola Baladin. We have also worked to organize a few cultural events during the Salone to talk about Live Beer and present some exceptional products from all over the world. Our stand will turn into a small classroom where representatives of many Presidia will tell the results of their work.
Each time we will combine a Baladin beer, which will also be described.
At the end, we will offer a small tasting. Unfortunately, not many places are available: 20 seated and about 10 standing. If you are interested, please come by our stand to book a place. In addition to the Presidia, we have also invited some friends who would like to tell their stories. Warning: some of the beers may be changed to create a better combination. You can find Baladin in other areas of the Salone: we will be in the Terra Madre area at the Sierra Leone stand (6H 026), where the guys from Slow Food will sell Cola Baladin.
All revenues will be given to the African community which, now more than ever, needs our support and help. Baladin will also be in the international hall, at the Birreria Brothers stand (Oval – stand 6J008).
