One special batch of Isaac beer was fermented a second time using lactic bacteria with the intention of triggering a particular evolution of its tastes, thus creating a sour beer.

The result is pleasantly complex. The aromas of yellow-flesh fruit perfectly blend with delicate citrusy, lactic notes and make for a very drinkable beer.
