With its brown color, reminiscent of a monk’s tunic, it has a thick and persistent dark beige head. Its scents are dominated by the aroma of licorice, followed by cooked fruit and subtly woody notes. The taste is characterized, once again, by notes of licorice, nuts, cookies, chocolate and delicate citrusy hints - which come from the dry hopping technique. Everything is kept together by the warmth of its 9% alcohol content. The finish presents a nice balance between sweetness and bitterness, in a perfect game of contrasts that fully satisfies those who taste this beer.

On Christmas 2017, Teo decides to surprisingly go back to his experimentations with unusual aromas, which had signed the success of his historical Nöel. After Nöel Chocolat, Nöel Cafè and Nöel Vanille, a new member joins the family of special Christmas beers: Nöel Liquirizia. It is brewed between the end of summer and the beginning of fall to give it time to slowly ferment and age, so that it is ready to express all its complex aromas at best. The perfect beer to keep the heart warm and satisfy the senses, and toast during the Christmas festivities (and beyond!)
