The Restaurant


A palce beyong time where Teo Musso and his staff take he guests on a journey where a special culinary experience blends harmoniously with music and beer.

Casa Baladin offers you th eopportunity to pamper yourself in the Turkish bath available to whom choose to dine or stay over night to prolong the relaxation until the day after. A journey where the tasting sets  menus offered in the evening in our cosy 7 table /30 seats restaurant are paired with our beer to tease the most curious palates



The Rooms


Casa Baladin has 5 rooms where you will feel the warm hospitality and soul of Baladin: 3 double rooms on the second floor (Africa, Japan and Barbie), 1 double room on the ground floor (Jewel) and 1 double room with Chinese canopy bed on the ground floor. In keeping with the mood of Casa Baladin, rooms do not have TVs.

This time our Chef Christian has tackled a dish pairing with one of the most beloved seasonal beers of the Baladin “panel”. This beer is produced using heather flower honey, carefully selected by Thun.


Of a golden colour and original taste, recalling the typical scents of honey but without it’s sweetness, shows the characteristic tones of a high fermented strong blonde ale.





Here we are, back for the second appointment with our chef Christian Meloni Delrio.


Today we will discover the recipe to be paired with our SUPER Baladin, an Amber beer, perfect for braised meats, and according to the chef (but also in teo’s Opinion) with the" CARBONADE FLAMANDE". Don’t you know what the "CARBONADE FLAMANDE" is? Well, you soon will!




Christian Meloni Delrio Chef of Casa Baladin on a challenge to the last ingredient.. Will our hero manage, with the help of the Baladin creative team, to come up every month with a video-recipe paired with our spectacular beers? Here is the first episode where our fearless chef will engage with Nora, the Egyptian Ale and the ‘4 minutes egg’.. who will get the upper hand? Surely our palate..
