Baladin News



We explained that Open is a continuously evolving laboratory. We would like it to become a way to keep in touch with the many homebrewers all over to world, so that we can get to know them and their experiences, discover the typical spices of a country, or a malt we have never used before… in short, make discoveries together. To this purpose we invite you to send us your recipes, developed starting from the basic Open recipe. Our master brewers Palli and Teo will go through them, some will be reproduced with homebrewing equipment and… who knows? Maybe one of your creations will one day become the new Open Baladin. If this is the case, we will invite you to make it with us at our brewery. We will brew enough to serve draught at our pubs and to make a certain number of bottles with a dedicated label, indicating the names of those who have contributed to the recipe. So what do you think?
