THE HISTORY OF "L'ALTRO"

A new adventure has started: L’ALTRO takes the place of the successful Baladin Cafè Cuneo.

 

The two founders Teo Musso and Elio Parola have decided to renew it to avoid any duplicate of the newborn Open Baladin Cuneo

 

L’ALTRO has a completely new look. It will be full of charm and spaces that enhance the pleasure of being together.

 

The kitchen will offer an extended menu, with a particular focus on PGI pasta from Gragnano by “Il Pastaio di Gragnano”: bronze die pasta slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve all the aromas of 100% Italian durum wheat. Our chefs will prepare a changing selection of seasonal sauces to always offer fresh and new tastes. For those who are not in the mood for pasta, many other dishes will be available: salads, mixed platters, bruschetta and the all-new “big toasties”.

 

L’ALTRO will also feature a wide range of ice creams to take away or eat in. The project stems from the cooperation with “GELIDEA”, a craft ice cream producer whose work is based on the obsessive care for its products, which are 100% free from chemical aromas. Customers will also be able to enjoy fruit salads, smoothies, fruit and cream sundaes, surrounded by the most beautiful park in Cuneo.  

 

To complete this range of delicacies, 3 draught beers will be served -  ISAAC, NAZIONALE ESPORTAZIONE and SUPER – as well as cans of POP and bottles of Normale, with the Lurisia brand.

In addition to beer, Baladin and Lurisia soft drinks and an interesting selection of local wines (Borgogno – Fontananfredda – Brandini – Serafini-Vidotto) will also be on offer.

 

Plus, evening aperitifs with a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails for all tastes.

 

For those who like to visit us for lunch, L’ALTRO will still have a dedicated lunch menu.
